Most of the time, backordered items are non-cancellable and non-returnable. We are unable to cancel these items. They carry a 2-4 week lead time, on average. We apologize, but once the parts are ordered from one of our suppliers, we are unable to cancel the order.
If your order is more than 5 weeks delayed, there are some circumstances in which we can cancel the order, although this is rare.
