At TruPar.com, we are committed to getting your order to you as quickly as possible. This means that we fulfill orders from multiple warehouses. Your order could be coming from different warehouses, so some of your parts could arrive more quickly than others.
Also, your order could be partially backordered. In stock items ship out the same day they are ordered, but backordered items carry an average lead time of 2-4 weeks.
That said, we do occasionally make mistakes, and you could actually be missing parts! We hope this is not the case, but if it is we will do everything we can to get you your parts.
To check to see if all of your order has shipped, please login to your account to view your orders. Click "Sign In" at the top of the page.
- Once you are logged in, you should be taken to the following page to manage your account. If you are not, you may need to click the "Order Status" button at the bottom of the screen. Click on "Review Orders/Track Packages" to view your orders.
- If your orders do not appear, you may need to change the time period you are searching. Use options from the drop-down menu to choose a different time span.
If your order displays tracking numbers, check with the shipper to confirm that your packages were delivered.
If your packages each show a status of "delivered", and you are still missing pieces, we will need to file a claim for you.
