Finding Your Equipment's Make, Model, & Serial Number
1. Locate the Data Plate
There should be a data plate on the driver’s right side on the console of your lift.

2. Find the Make, Model, and Serial# from the Data Plate
The plate will include the lift’s manufacturer, model, and serial number, as well as capacity and other miscellaneous information. If there is any confusion about what information you are looking for on the data plate, you can also take a picture of the plate to send in with your research request.
3. Where is the Fuel Type?
The plate should also include the fuel type. The fuel type will be one of the following: Electric, LPG (Liquid Propane Gas), Gasoline, or Diesel. More information about fuel types can be found here: https://support.trupar.com/hc/en-us/articles/214880077
4. Still can't find it? Search for the forklift's serial number plate.
The serial number plate is attached to the engine, which is either under the seat or behind the seat under the metal hood. The number plate contains the model and serial number of the forklift as well as the manufacturer's name.
