My item came damaged, now what?
Firstly, we apologize! We will need to file a claim for the item. Please refer to this article for how to start a return claim:
For items that are received damaged, we ask that you supply photos of the box that the part came in to speed up the claim process with UPS.
Disclaimer: All returns, except for returns involving a TruPar.com order or product error, will be subject to a 25% restocking charge per line item. Merchandise returned as defective will be thoroughly tested and inspected. For merchandise that is verified as defective, TruPar.com will issue a refund for the defective merchandise. Refunds and/or replacements will not be issued for merchandise damaged due to corrosive materials, abuse, alteration, or misuse.
