What is a repair and return?
There are some parts that we are able to offer a repair and return service for. We do not have these parts in stock, but we are able to source the repair for you. If you purchase this service, you can send in your item to be repaired, and we will repair it and return it to you.
How long does it take?
Once you place your order and confirm it, it can take 1-2 days to produce an address to send your part. Typical turnaround time is 4 weeks from when we receive the product. We will send the part back to you using the shipping method you select at checkout.
Who pays for shipping?
We will provide return shipping, but the customer is responsible for sending in the damaged part.
