# Shipping Policy
## Efficient and Transparent Shipping Solutions for Every Order Size
STANDARD "FLAT RATE" GROUND SHIPPING:
Freight & Handling Charges
- For orders with a total value of less than $35.00, a shipping fee of $20.00 will be applied.
- For orders with a total value ranging from $35.00 to $205.00, a shipping fee of $27.00 will be applied.
- For orders with a total value ranging from $205.00 to $410.00, a shipping fee of $33.00 will be applied.
- For orders with a total value ranging from $410.00 to $685.00, a shipping fee of $39.00 will be applied.
- For orders with a total value ranging from $685.00 to $890.00, a shipping fee of $43.00 will be applied.
- For orders with a total value exceeding $890.00, shipping is complimentary, meaning there will be no shipping charges applied!
All orders within the Continental U.S. that exceed a net value of $890 USD will be shipped and invoiced with surface freight prepaid, utilizing TruPar.com’s preferred carrier. This prepaid shipping option is applicable exclusively to stock products and does not cover the following items:
The Standard Ground Flat Rate does not encompass the following items or any items exceeding 150 lbs\*:
- Forks, including Fork Extensions
- Engines
- Tires
- Pallet Trucks
- Chargers
- Attachments and Load Back Rests
- Drop Ship Products
\*Please note that propane tanks are not included in this list. Even if the weight exceeds 150 lbs, your order may still qualify for free shipping.
For a detailed freight estimate for any of these items, please contact us at (800) 775-9856 for a personalized quote. Restrictions apply: We are unable to ship gallons of paint to California, although we can ship spray paint. However, spray paint cannot be delivered by air. Additionally, free freight for orders does not apply to shipments destined for Alaska & Hawaii.
GROUND BACKORDERS will be shipped with freight prepaid, using TruPar.com’s choice of carrier.
AIR FREIGHT CHARGES:
All air shipments will incur freight charges at the carrier’s listed freight rate. AIR BACK ORDERS shipments will also incur freight charges at the carrier’s listed freight rate. If you prefer your backorders to be shipped via ground, the ground backorder policy will apply.
For customers utilizing a freight forwarder, TruPar.com will not be held legally responsible once the freight forwarder signs for the receipt of the goods.
SURFACE FREIGHT CHARGES FOR ORDERS OVER $2,500:
All orders within the Continental U.S. that exceed a net value of $2,500 will be shipped and invoiced with surface freight prepaid, using TruPar.com’s choice of carrier. This prepaid shipping option applies to stock products as well as the following items:
- Forks, including Fork Extensions
- Tires
- Pallet Trucks (available in lots of 6 only!)
- Attachments and Load Back Rests
- Chargers
