Troubleshooting Failed Order
Uh oh! I see that the card that you are trying to use was declined for one of the following reasons:
- Card Number was entered incorrectly
- First Name or Last Name in the billing section did not match the name on the card
- Three-digit "CVV" code on the back of the card (4 digit code on the front of Amex cards) was entered incorrectly
- The address you entered in the billing section of checkout did not match the billing address for the card
- The card was declined due to insufficient funds
