Please have the following information available to assist in filing your claim:
- Order Number
- Email used on the order
- What part numbers you are returning from the order
- Reason for return
- If the part was installed and failed, please have the date of installation.
- If we helped you find the part and it doesn't fit, please let us know.
- If the part is damaged, please have photos of the box that the part came in for the claim.
- If the part is incorrect, we may need the make, model, Serial# and fuel type of your equipment to try to locate the correct part.
